Fresh Air Ventilation Controls for Multi-Family

The FAC1 and DFAC Fresh Air Ventilation Controls are designed to meet ASHRAE 62.2 ventilation requirements at a cost effective price. The onboard potentiometers or the display and keys are used to easily adjust Fresh Air Minutes Per Hour, High and Low Outdoor Temperature Limits and High Outdoor Humidity Limit.

​​​​Fresh air operation is prioritized during heating, cooling and fan calls to save energy and avoid discomfort for the occupant. If the required ventilation time is not achieved during these calls, the control will automatically open the fresh air damper and activate the HVAC fan and/or a dedicated boost fan to ensure compliance.​
